David Blough connects on 75-yard bomb for TD on first NFL completion

David Blough’s first career NFL start began with a bang!

Blough is making his first start on Thanksgiving, and that alone is an interesting accomplishment. Injuries to Matt Stafford and Jeff Driskel have opened the door, and Blough is looking to make the most of his opportunity.

He provided a nice start on his first drive of the game. After a run for no-gain by Bo Scarbrough and an incompletion on second down, Blough was forced into a quick third-and-10 play.

All Blough did was hit Kenny Golladay who had broken free in the secondary for a huge bomb. The play went 75 yards for a touchdown on the first completion of Blough’s NFL career.
