Purdue is locked in a tough game against Nebraska, and the Boilermakers may be without their starting QB to finish the game.

Unfortunately, Jack Plummer was removed from the game in the fourth quarter. He made a nice scramble and picked up a good chunk of yardage on one play but was drilled in his lower leg after the run.

Plummer hobbled off the field and was later carted to the locker room. It has been labeled an ankle injury but no update has been given. With such little time left in the game, it is likely that he will not return to the field.

It is a tough blow as Plummer was playing well against the Cornhuskers. Aidan O’Connell replaced Plummer.
