Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm was amped & then some after his team’s win against No. 3 Michigan State.
Brohm spoke to the Boilermakers after they played the role of “spoiler” for the 2nd time this season in knocking off a top 5 team in the AP top-25.
“Listen up real quick. That’s a tremendous effort,” said Brohm. “You guys knew you could get it done and everyone in this room knew you could. You’ve worked your tail off for a long time, there’ve been a lot of close games. But to come in here in our stadium and show our fans what they deserve, that’s a huge win against a really good opponent.”

Before knocking off the Spartans, the Boilermakers went to Iowa City a few weeks ago and took down then-No. 2 Iowa, who was also undefeated at the time.
This was Purdue’s 17th win against a top 5 opponent while being unranked, which is the most in college football.
