Purdue and Northwestern are playing a neutral site game at historic Wrigley Field this Saturday.

Head coach Jeff Brohm spoke to the media Monday about the opportunity for fans and players to play in a unique environment like Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs.

Brohm talked about how excited he is for the fans and the players to play and watch the Boilermakers at Wrigley.

Brohm spoke to the media about talking with B1G officials and Northwestern about the oddities of playing in a baseball stadium.

This is the first time in 11 years that Northwestern has hosted a game at Wrigley Field. They hosted Illinois  on Nov. 20 2010, losing that game 48-27.

This will be the first time that Purdue has ever played at Wrigley Field.

Whatever the outcome might be, it should be a fun day at the ballpark for the Boilermaker and Wildcats fans as they take in a football game from one of MLB’s most famous venues.
