Purdue fans may have to brew an extra pot of coffee in order to stay up to see the Boilermakers kick off the 2019 college football season.
The Boilers will open the 2019 season on the road against Nevada on Friday, Aug. 30. Just under four months away from the year-opening bout, we now know the kickoff time of the contest.
Nevada tweeted out on Friday that the matchup with Purdue is set for 6:30 p.m. local time, which translate to 9:30 p.m. ET. The game will also be aired on the CBS Sports Network, according to the release:

So after getting home from work on that Friday evening, Purdue fans might want to get a little added caffeine boost for the late-night kickoff.
The Aug. 30 matchup between Purdue and Nevada will be the second-ever meeting between the two programs. The Boilermakers won the only matchup in 2016, posting a 24-14 win over the Wolf Pack in Ross-Ade Stadium.
