LOOK: Purdue unveils new touchdown noisemaker for 2018 season
Last year, Purdue scored 40 touchdowns at home, but there was no additional fanfare, other than the cheering of those in attendance.
That will change this fall, as the Boilermakers announced the addition of a deafening new horn that will play on all scores this season.

The Boilermakers have an exciting offense, so they could score even more than 40 touchdowns at home this coming season.
And, based on the volume of that new horn, a few unsuspecting fans are going to be in for quite a surprise.
