One day after de-committing from Purdue, 4-star 2020 recruit chooses Pac-12 school
On Sunday, 4-star safety Christian Gonzalez — a member of the Class of 2020 — de-committed from Purdue. Not ideal, right?
Well, just one day later — on Monday — Gonzalez committed to Colorado:

Gonzalez didn’t make too much sense at Purdue in the first place. When he posted his top 5 schools when narrowing down his choices initially, Purdue wasn’t on that list.
Then, he chose the Boilermakers on Aug. 6 of this year. A few months later — he’s now committed to Colorado.

With the loss of the commitment, Purdue’s 2020 class now consists of 19 members, ranking No. 28 nationally and No. 6 in the Big Ten.
