Purdue adds to 2024 class with commitment from in-state ATH
Purdue is back up to 8 commitments in its 2024 recruiting class. The Boilermakers have added an in-state ATH to the class.
Jo’Ziah Edmond, from Nappanee, Indiana, pledged to Ryan Walters’ program while on Purdue campus for his official visit. He made the announcement on social media.

A Northwood High School standout, Edmond is listed at 6-1, 180 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Edmond is rated 3-stars, the No. 7 Indiana recruit, No. 94 wide receiver and No. 739 prospect overall nationally in the Class of 2024. Edmond chose Purdue over offers from Kentucky, Ole Miss, Wisconsin and others.
While graded as a wide receiver, Edmond calls himself an athlete. His primary Purdue recruit is Boilermakers’ secondary coach Grant O’Brien.
