Purdue lands 2025 commitment from RB out of Ohio
Purdue is getting an early start on building its 2025 recruiting class, adding a new commitment on Tuesday.
The Boilermakers went into Ohio to land their newest verbal pledge. Running back Ziarie Stevens announced on social media that he plans to play for Ryan Walters’ program.

An Akron Community East standout, Stevens lists his measurements as 5-10, 195 pounds. 247Sports rates Stevens 3-stars, the No. 36 recruit in the state of Ohio and No. 61 running back in the Class of 2025.
Stevens has already picked up scholarship offers from 15 schools during his recruitment. He committed to Purdue over Boston College, Cincinnati, Indiana, Pittsburgh and others. The Boilermakers got involved in May.
