The hottest Big Ten team on the recruiting trail over the last month isn’t Ohio State, Penn State or Michigan. No, the league program on the hottest streak in the month of June has been Purdue.

The Boilermakers landed their 11th commitment of the month on Tuesday by gaining a verbal pledge from Ohio defensive back prospect Nyles Beverly. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound defensive back ranks as a three-star prospect and the No. 43 overall prospect from Ohio in the 2018 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
