Purdue has officially unveiled their uniform combination for Saturday’s game against Rutgers.

They will be wearing all-black uniforms as they detailed in their video reveal here:

The video starts out with a staff member pulling out black cleats with black socks before pulling out the black pants that the Boilermakers will be wearing for the game. They also have black gloves and then the black jersey with gold numbers along with the black and gold helmet they’ll be wearing.

Of all the available combinations for Purdue, you can never go wrong with a crisp all-black look. There is no question this look will pop on the field.

Unfortunately, head coach Jeff Brohm confirmed Thursday that starting quarterback Aidan O’Connell will not be dressed for the game. Brohm said O’Connell will need surgery for his injury, but there is still a chance that O’Connell is able to return and finish the season before that happens.

Kickoff for their game against Rutgers will be at 4 p.m. ET this Saturday and it’ll be televised by FS1.
