Former Marshall wide receiver Corey Gammage committed to Purdue on May 2. After just a month and having never stepped foot in West Lafayette, Gammage is on the move once again.

Gammage is now committed to UCF, which is set to officially join the Big 12 on July 1. This will be Gammage’s 3rd transfer commitment since leaving Marshall: He was originally committed to Memphis before flipping to Purdue. Now, he’s heading to Orlando.

This is a strange move at face value. Purdue was likely to give Gammage a starting role under new head coach Ryan Walters.

This is the 2nd Purdue receiver to flip out of the program in recent days. mason Dossett flipped to Baylor on Tuesday.

Gammage totaled 178 catches for 2,239 yards and 13 TDs for the Thundering Herd across 6 seasons.
