Purdue's Rondale Moore added to major award watch list after explosive start
Purdue freshman wide receiver Rondale Moore has already gained recognition as one of the most electrifying players in the B1G. And now, just four games into his college career, he’s earning national attention.
On Wednesday morning, Moore was added to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List, an honor presented to the best receiver in college football. He’s currently the only freshman on the list.
Moore is coming off a huge performance against No. 23 Boston College, catching eight passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns in the Boilermakers’ 30-13 win.

Moore has been an explosive playmaker since Week 1.
In the Boilermakers season opener, the freshman totaled 313 all-purpose yards, a new program record. And he hasn’t slowed down since.
Moore currently leads the B1G in receiving yardage, racking up 372 yards and four touchdowns in four games. He’s already registered three games of 100-plus yards receiving.
Along with his big receiving numbers, Moore has totaled 732 all-purpose yards, another B1G best. For his efforts, he’s a two-time B1G Freshman of the Week and a two-time Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll recipient.
