We still don’t have an official word on Purdue wide receiver Domonique Young, but it looks like the Boilermakers will be without their top pass-catcher for at least a week.

The senior receiver wasn’t listed on Purdue’s depth chart as it prepares to host Iowa for homecoming on Saturday. Young was carted off the field in the second half of the 34-31 win last weekend. Many are speculating that it could be a season-ending injury.

Young had caught 29 passes for 338 yards and a TD for the season. His best performance came in a 20-38 loss to Cincinnati, when he grabbed eight receptions for 136 yards and made his only touchdown catch of the year.

Replacing him will be senior Bilal Marshall who has 10 catches for 117 yards and a TD.

Purdue will host Iowa on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for noon EST and will be televised on ESPN2.
