Purdue's Trevion Williams becomes first D-I player in a decade to post incredible stat line
Purdue nearly finished the week with back-to-back losses. Fortunately, Trevion Williams, Sasha Stefanovic, and Jaden Ivey rescued the Boilermakers with a big comeback vs. North Carolina State.
On Sunday, the Wolfpack led by as much as 13 points in the second half and led by 12 with 6 minutes left in the game. What ensued was a frantic comeback as the Boilermakers flexed their depth and late-game potential with a brilliant finish to regulation.
Some clutch buckets by Stefanovic and a key and-1 by Williams punctuated the big finish:

At the end of overtime, Williams came up just 1 assist shy of a triple-double. He ended the game with 22 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists, 4 blocks, and 2 steals.
According to the Big Ten Network, Williams is the first Division I player since the 2009-10 season to post that stat line in a game:
