One of the most prolific receivers in Purdue and B1G history is headed to ACC country.

According to 247Sports, Air Force wide receivers coach Taylor Stubblefield is expected to step into the same position on Manny Diaz’s staff at Miami. He’s been at Air Force the last two seasons.

Prior to his arrival at Air Force, Stubblefield has served as a wide receivers coach at Eastern Utah (2014-15), Wake Forest (2013), New Mexico (2012), Central Michigan (2011) and Illinois State (2009-10).

Stubblefield was a star receiver while at Purdue in the early 2000s. In his four seasons with the Boilermakers, he totaled 325 receptions for 3,629 yards and 21 touchdowns. Those totals rank No. 1, No. 2 and No. 33 in B1G history, respectively.

Stubblefield joins an offensive staff that includes Dan Enos, who he worked under at Central Michigan. Enos was the head coach when Stubblefield was on staff in 2011.
