At B1G Media Days last week, Big Ten Network and FOX Sports President Mark Silverman announced that BTN would be airing a special four-part series titled “Gold and Black Days” which would provide a behind-the-scenes look at Purdue’s football program.

On Tuesday, BTN gave us a taste of what to expect in a few weeks.

BTN released a promotional trailer through Twitter on Tuesday, giving fans a quick look at the four-part series. It looks like something that Purdue fans, and B1G football fans in general, will love before the start of the season.

Here’s the video that made its way to Twitter:

For everyone out there hungry for more football, this should do this trick.

BTN wanted to follow the changing and improving Purdue program after Jeff Brohm’s first season in West Lafayette. Brohm guided the Boilermakers out of the B1G gutter and to a 7-6 record and a Foster Farms Bowl victory.

“Gold and Black Days” is set to premier on BTN on Aug. 14.
