Drew Brees added one more mark to his Hall of Fame caliber career Sunday.

With a touchdown pass to Ben Watson in the second quarter, Brees officially threw the 500th touchdown pass of his career. He becomes just the fourth QB ever to reach that mark behind Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, and Tom Brady. Manning holds the all-time mark with 539 touchdowns.

There’s still a number of games left to be played this season. Plus, it’s hard to envision Brees hanging it up after 2018 as he continues to play at a high level. When it is all said and done, Brees will likely have a serious shot at eclipsing Manning’s all-time record.

The Checkdown shared the video of Brees’ record touchdown:

Brees threw for 11,792 yards and 90 TDs during his college career at Purdue.
