Purdue is on the scoreboard in 2019. It scored on the first drive of the season.

After taking the season-opening kickoff while battling Nevada in Reno, the Boilermakers drove 70 yards down the field on 12 plays to get their first touchdown of the year and take a 7-0 lead on the Wolf Pack early.

The drive was capped off by a two-yard touchdown pass from Elijah Sindelar to Brycen Hopkins. Rondale Moore was involved early, totaling six touches on that first drive.

Sindelar is coming off a year in which he spent most of the season on the sideline with injury. But he looks to be in good form early in 2019.

Hopkins had a big year as a junior last season, totaling 583 yards and two touchdowns on 34 receptions.

Purdue is looking to get its first win in a season opener under Jeff Brohm.
