Purdue is hosting Ohio State Saturday night.

The No. 2 Buckeyes were huge favorites, which seemed right. That is, until the game started.

Purdue never trailed in the game against Ohio State and midway through the fourth quarter, RB D.J. Knox truly put Ohio State to bed. The upset was sealed with this 40-yard run:

Knox now has 15 carries for 131 yards and 3 TD in the game. He has been the best tailback in the game, including both J.K. Dobbins and Mike Weber from Ohio State. The two top backs for the Buckeyes have combined for just 48 yards.

Purdue’s defense did a magnificent job throughout, but without Knox’s 3 TDs, who knows how close the game would have been up until the final whistle?

None of that matters now, though.

Purdue is about to beat Ohio State.
