Rondale Moore may be a freshman, but there’s no denying he is already one of the most exciting players in the B1G.

The speedy freshman already has 33 catches, 372 receiving yards, and 5 total TDs in four games for the Boilermakers. He is a tough matchup for opposing defenses and will continue to grow into his role moving forward.

In a recent interview with the Big Ten Network, Moore was asked if he had any big expectations coming into the season. He simply said his goal coming into the year was to learn and work hard with the team:

“Just coming in, trying to learn the system and learn behind the other guys,” said Moore. “Work hard and do my job.”

That hard work is paying off for Moore. After a rough start to the season that included some heartbreaking defeats, Purdue finally made it into the win column by knocking off Boston College. Moore pointed to the first win as his biggest milestone so far, but his best individual milestone was his first collegiate touchdown:

“My first touchdown, thrown by Elijah (Sindelar), was kind of an unbelievable moment for me,” explained Moore.
