Rutgers has been unable to slow down Ohio State’s offense, but the Scarlet Knights showed there are still some holes to be found when facing the Buckeye defense.

After Ohio State opened up a 24-0 lead over Rutgers, the offense was able to put together a quick drive and get some points on the board. It came on a short throw over the middle to Aron Cruickshank.

Cruickshank secured the catch and was able to hit the edge with his speed and roll all the way for 75 yards and the touchdown:

Cruickshank might be in store for a heavier workload Saturday afternoon. Receiver Bo Melton has been banged up and had to be helped off the field following one hit early in the game.

Unfortunately, Rutgers does not have much else to cheer for in the first half. Ohio State has scored 38 points with around 6 minutes to go before the break.
