Devin McCourty might be getting older, but that doesn’t mean that his play is going to decline. McCourty stopped the Cincinnati Bengals with an interception as they were driving down the field.

McCourty was drafted out of Rutgers in the 2010 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. McCourty has played for the Patriots for his entire NFL career.

Joe Burrow tried to throw the ball into a tight window to a Cincinnati receiver and McCourty jumped in front to pick the ball off. McCourty’s interception came at a great time, because the Cincinnati offense was threatening to score once again.

McCourty has played in 14 games for New England this season with 2 interceptions and 62 total tackles.

The Patriots are trying to keep their playoff hopes alive. With the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins ahead of them in the AFC East, the Patriots will need to win out and hope for some other teams to stumble.
