Division I football oversight committee settles selection process for potential bowl participants
The Division I football oversight committee has settled selection process for potential bowl participants.
The team with the highest multi-year APR score will be pushed to the front of the list for bowl entry. This means Rutgers will get the first chance to take the spot of Texas A&M to face Wake Forest in the Gator Bowl.
Division I football oversight committee announces it will follow previously approved process for bowl participation with 5-7 teams, which means the highest multiyear APR score. So #Rutgers will have first opportunity to fill Gator Bowl spot: https://t.co/l6bpAWXVan
