Rutgers doesn’t quite have its roster and depth chart ready to go just yet, but those items will be coming in the next few weeks, according to head coach Greg Schiano.

Monday, Schiano met with the media as he begins the first year of his second stint with the Scarlet Knights. On Oct. 24, Rutgers is set to play Michigan State in the first game of the 2020 season. Who all will be playing is still in question.

According to Richard Schnyderite of Rivals.com, Schiano said that a roster will come out next Monday, and a depth chart will be released the following week, which will be just a few days before the Scarlet Knights take the field against the Spartans.

Right now, Rutgers is still waiting on decisions from the NCAA regarding eligibility for some of the transferring players. Schiano and his staff hit the transfer portal hard once taking the job as head coach.

Rutgers is coming off a 2-10 season in 2019 and has not won a B1G contest since the 2017 season.
