The football locker rooms received a much-needed makeover at Rutgers during the offseason, with an expected completion date sometime before the start of the 2019 season.
That date was Tuesday, July 30.
On Tuesday, players and coaches had the opportunity to get their first look of the new facility that will house Rutgers football. It’s quite the looker, too.
Rutgers shared images and an extended video, showcasing the new digs. While the photos captured more of the look of the locker room, while the video caught more of the player reaction to entering the building for the first time.
The new locker room will be known as the Brown Family Locker Room, thanks to major donations from Greg and Anna Brown. The family provided approximately $4 million to give the facility a makeover.
