When the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams take the field for Super Bowl LIII in two weeks, there won’t be a B1G team more represented than Rutgers.

There will be four former Scarlet Knights participating in Super Bowl LIII, which will be played on Sunday, Feb. 5. That total is tied for most of any school, as Georgia also has four players appearing in the game.

Iowa and Ohio State are also representing the B1G well, with each school having three former players playing in the Super Bowl. Michigan State, Nebraska and Wisconsin all have two players and Illinois, Indiana, Maryland and Michigan each have one.

In total, the B1G has 20 former players who will appear in Super Bowl LIII. That total ranks second among college football conferences. The SEC was at the top with 21.

Not a bad showing for the B1G in the biggest game of all of football.
