Rutgers adds talented RB from Ohio to 2019 recruiting class

And on Tuesday, for Rutgers, the Scarlet Knights may have just gotten a verbal commitment from their next Jonathan Taylor.

Kay’Ron Adams announced his decision Tuesday night on Twitter that he is set to become a member of the Scarlet Knights. According to 247Sports, Adams is a 3-star prospect who ranks as the No. 76 RB in the Class of 2019.
The 5-foot-10, 190-pound back is from Warren, Ohio. Adams currently owns 10 scholarship offers, including from programs like Cincinnati, Toledo and others.
With Adams’ commitment, Rutgers’ 2019 class now ranks No. 57 nationally and No. 12 in the Big Ten. Adams is also the team’s first RB to verbally commit.
