Rutgers announces another addition to staff
Greg Schiano has added another member to the Rutgers staff.
On Tuesday, Rutgers announced that Joe Susan will join the Scarlet Knights as a member of the staff. He will serve as a special assistant to the head coach, according to the release from the school. He was most recently the head coach at Bucknell, where he was the leader from 2010-18.
Susan had a previous run at Rutgers on Schiano’s staff the first time around. From 2001-09, Susan was the team’s offensive line and tight ends coach.

“Joe has a wealth of football knowledge and knows what it takes to build a program,” said Schiano. “He was an integral part of what we were able to build the first time around. To have Joe and his family back at Rutgers is a blessing and it is where he belongs.”
Susan brings 40 years of coaching experience to the Rutgers staff. In addition to his previous stops at Rutgers and Bucknell, he’s also had runs at Delaware, Princeton, Memphis and Davidson.
