Rutgers blitzes Indiana with fumble on opening play, quick TD in Bloomington
Rutgers is off to a brilliant start in Bloomington, forcing an early Indiana turnover and converting it for a touchdown.
On the very first place of the game, the Hoosiers had a bit of disaster happen. Quarterback Donaven McCulley had a botched exchange with the running back as the ball popped free on the turf.
The Scarlet Knights wasted no time pouncing on it to secure the takeaway:

Rutgers also made sure to take full opportunity of the great field position. The offense rolled through the short field and capped it off with a game-opening score from Isaih Pacheco.

A win for the Scarlet Knights would give Greg Schiano 5 on the year and just 1 win away from bowl eligibility. Can they hold on for the win in Bloomington?
