Rutgers infielder crushes moonshot grand slam at Nebraska
Rutgers won the first 2 games of its series at Nebraska 7-5 and 5-4. The series finale in Lincoln is on its way to being decided by a wider margin.
In the top of the 7th inning, Scarlet Knights infielder Danny DiGeorgio absolutely crushed a ball for a grand slam, making it 8-1 Rutgers.
The team’s Twitter account was understandably excited.
