On Sunday, Schiano also picked up an in-state commitment for the Knights. That comes from defensive end Victor Konopka out of Blairstown, New Jersey. He is listed at 6-foot-7 and is a three-star SDE for 2020 on the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
Konopka shared his commitment on Twitter:

According to 247 Sports’ list or Rutgers commits for 2020, Konopka is the first commitment for Schiano in his return to the Scarlet Knights. Hopefully, this is a sign of bigger things to come for Schiano and company.
