Duclona was on campus over the weekend for an official visit with the Scarlet Knights, and that visit apparently made a strong impression. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 175 lbs., Duclona is rated a 3-star prospect and the No. 63 ATH nationally by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
Rutgers has done good work to open the week following a weekend where Greg Schiano’s program hosted a number of prospects. Duclona becomes the 5th verbal commitment for the Scarlet Knights since Sunday with the recruiting class rising to 14 pledges heading to the middle part of June.
