Rutgers’s trip to Happy Valley hasn’t been too pleasant.

While traveling to Penn State for Saturday’s match-up against the Nittany Lions, one of the team’s buses caught fire. Because of the flames, a tire exploded, injuring a Pennsylvania state trooper who was trying to put out the fire, according to NJ.com. The injuries sustained were minor.

No player or staff member from Rutgers was injured in the incident.

The Scarlet Knights travel with several buses for road trips. All of those buses pulled over when the fire started. There was no information on how the fire was started or what could’ve caused the flames.

Saturday’s game between Rutgers and Penn State is scheduled for noon ET and will be covered on Big Ten Network.
