Possessing great size to play outside the numbers at 6-foot-5, 210 pounds, Jordan was a three-star in the 2018 class. Working with wide receivers coach Lester Erb and tight ends coach John Weiss, he also saw time at tight end.
Appearing in four games for Rutgers last season, Jordan did not record a reception.
A product of the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, he held 10 reported offers in high school from programs including No. 8 Georgia, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Searching for their second win of the season, Rutgers will travel to Champaign to battle the Illinois Fighting Illini (4-4) on Saturday at 3:30PM ET on the Big Ten Network.
