Rutgers has enjoyed some significant success over the last month of the college football season. The Scarlet Knights are winners of three of their last four games and are still in the bowl picture with just three weeks left.

For Chris Ash, watching his team rip off three B1G wins after failing to get a single conference victory last season has to be rewarding. And the fact that Rutgers has won these games in exciting fashion has to be even better.

Thanks to the Scarlet Knights going 3-1 in their past four games, Ash was invited to talk with Big Ten Network about his team’s hot streak and how the program has grown so quickly in the matter of one season.

“There’s been a lot of improvement in a lot of areas, I can’t single one thing out,” Ash said. “Right now we’re playing with great effort, great toughness. We’ve eliminated penalties, we’ve eliminated turnovers and we’re making plays in critical situations.”

Ash also talked about what he’s seen from his team over the last month and how the Scarlet Knights can continue to improve in the next three weeks.
