Kiy Hester made Maryland quarterback Max Bortenschlager pay big time.
In the second quarter of Saturday’s matchup between the Scarlet Knights and the Terrapins, Hester intercepted a pass and returned it all the way to the end zone to give his team a huge spark. The score gave Rutgers a 17-7 advantage in the first half.

The interception was the third of the season for Hester and it was his second pick-six. He also had 18 tackles and seven pass break ups heading into Week 10.
