Conference realignment rumors: California Board of Regents to meet regarding UCLA's B1G move
The conference realignment rumors have not slowed down despite the college football season action heating up. For UCLA, the California Board of Regents will meet once again to discuss the impending move to the B1G.
According to Stewart Mandel, the Regents are scheduled for a closed meeting on Sept. 22. On the agenda are the potential legal issues and financial impacts of UCLA’s move.

The Board of Regents have already met to discuss the move. Following that meeting, it was reported that the Regents believe they have the power to block the move by the Bruins, but it is unclear if the Board will exercise that power.
We’ll see if anything else comes out of the latest meeting out in California.
