Miller Moss, standout USC QB, announces plans for 2025 season
Miller Moss, who started the first 9 games of the 2024 season for USC, is officially entering the transfer portal.
The junior QB started 10 games across his college career, throwing for 3,469 yards and 27 touchdowns. This season, Moss posted 2,555 yards with 18 touchdowns and 9 interceptions across 9 appearances. He threw for at least 200 yards in all 9 games.
Moss has one season of eligibility remaining.

Moss started the 2024 season with a bang, downing LSU with a 378-yard outing, in what turned out to be his best game of the season. He has a high IQ game and is generally an accurate passer. Unfortunately for Moss, things started going downhill quickly after Week 1 against the Tigers.
The Trojans finished this season 4-8, and Moss lost 4 of his last 5 starts. His final game of the season came against Washington, where he threw for 293 yards, 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
So, where is Moss headed? It’s tough to say. Michigan and Ohio State are definitely names to watch, as is Alabama. Michigan is interesting because of the recent addition of 5-star prospect Bryce Underwood – is that enough to make Moss consider elsewhere?
As you can probably imagine, Moss is expected to be one of the best quarterbacks in the portal. Where do you think he’ll end up?
