Williams is listed at 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds out of Illinois. He currently plays for Lincoln-Way East in New Lenox, Illinois as one of the best players in the entire country.
According to the 247 Sports Composite, Williams is a 4-star QB and the top player from IL for the class of 2026. He’s also the No. 6 QB and a top 100 player at No. 93 nationally.
There is still a long way to go before we wrap up the 2026 recruiting class, but Lincoln Riley’s group is off to a huge start. The Trojans currently hold the No. 3 class in the country per the 247 Sports Team Composite, including 4 of the 10 hard commitments ranking inside the top 100 players nationally. Xavier Griffin, a 5-star athlete from Georgia, currently headlines the class.
One of the major moves of the offseason came when USC was able to lure Chad Bowden away from Notre Dame to serve in a GM role for the Trojans. That move was widely hailed as one bound to elevate the push by USC in recruiting, and it appears to be paying dividends early on.
