USC offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon is entering the transfer portal, according to a report from CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz. An eventful offseason along the offensive line continued on Friday.

Pregnon had been a mainstay on the Trojans’ offensive line the past 2 seasons. He started all 13 games this season at guard, and he also made 12 starts at guard last season. He was a second-team All-Big Ten selection this season.

The 6-foot-5, 320-pounder from Denver was initially thought to be headed to the NFL Draft in the spring. He accepted an invitation to the East-West Shrine Game back in late November, so USC thought it was losing Pregnon to the draft.

Then things got confusing during the Trojans’ preparation for the Las Vegas Bowl, when USC offensive line coach Zach Hanson said that Pregnon would be returning to the Trojans next fall. But Pregnon apparently isn’t going to the NFL Draft, and he’s not returning to USC next season either.

Instead, the senior is reportedly heading to another school to finish off his collegiate career. His transfer would make it 3 starters that USC will have to replace on its offensive line in 2025. Mason Murphy also hit the transfer portal. Center Jonah Monheim is out of eligibility.

Pregnon becomes the fifth offensive lineman to enter the portal from USC.

The Trojans signed 4 offensive linemen from the high school ranks in their 2025 class. They have yet to add a transfer along the line.
