USC beat out Oregon and Texas A&M for its latest commitment, 4-star OL Micah Banuelos. Last month, a pair of 247Sports recruiting experts logged Crystal Ball predictions for Banuelos to pledge to the Ducks, but the Trojans landed the verbal commitment.

The blue-chip recruit out of Burien, Washington made the announcement on 247Sports’ YouTube channel.

Banuelos, a Kennedy Catholic standout, is listed at over 6-2, 290 pounds. He’s rated 4-stars, the No. 4 Washington product and No. 13 interior offensive lineman in the class of 2023 by 247Sports. Banuelos also has scholarship offers from Cal, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon State, Washington and Washington State.

Banuelos is familiar with USC after multiple trips south to check out campus in Los Angeles.

Banuelos plans to play in the Under Armour All-America postseason all-star game.
