The month of May has paid big dividends for Wisconsin on the recruiting trail. Of the 6 players committed to the Badgers via the class of 2023, 5 of them have come this month, and another prospect whittled down his list recently.
On Wednesday, 3-star QB Lincoln Kienholz unveiled his top 4 list. Kienholz included Wisconsin in that group, alongside Washington, Wyoming and premier FCS power North Dakota State.
I want to say thank you for this opportunity and to all the colleges who have recruited me throughout this process. With that being sad, Top 4!!!🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/NWPYcjknI1

Listed at 6-foot-3 and 185 lbs., Kienholz has gone unrated by the composite rankings but is rated a 3-star prospect by 247 Sports. He is also rated the top player out of South Dakota for the cycle.
Kienholz has received offers out of the B1G from Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota and Power 5 offers from Washington, Washington State and Pittsburgh. The Badgers do not currently have a QB commitment for the class of 2023.
