If the Badgers are going to muster a comeback and keep Paul Bunyan’s Axe in Madison, it’s going to be done with Bart Houston at quarterback.
Hornibrook was knocked out of bounds after a throw in the second quarter. It wasn’t clear what the injury was but it was easy to tell that the quarterback was shaken up after being hit by a couple of Minnesota defenders.

His replacement, Houston, has thrown for 789 yards, five TDs and three INTs prior to the battle for Paul Bunyan’s Axe.
