Army's recent history vs. Power 5 teams provides a cautionary tale for Wisconsin
Army is going to be a bigger test for Wisconsin on Saturday than some might admit.
The Black Knights have been underdogs to Power 5 schools 8 times and they’re 6-2 against the spread in those games. They also have 2 outright wins in those games, plus the last three have been decided by 3, 3, and 7 points.

Army will play the Badgers in Madison on Saturday evening and no one should be surprised if the Black Knights came away with a win.
Wisconsin comes into this matchup with a 2-3 record and a lot of questions, especially at the quarterback position. Graham Mertz only has 781 yards passing this season and to make matters worse, his touchdown to interception ratio is 2/7.
Meanwhile, Army comes in at 4-1, though the Black Knights did just drop their last game. The Black Knights squandered their 4-0 start and lost 28-16 to Ball State on Oct. 2.
No matter what, this should be a close game.
