Badger Power: Wisconsin DE Isaiah Mullens shows off insane strength
Isaiah Mullens is going to have Wisconsin fans thrilled about the outlook of the college football season with 6 months left until kickoff. The Badgers defensive end is showing off some incredible strength in the weight room.
Wisconsin’s social media team shared a video of Mullens hitting the squat rack during workouts and successfully getting 700 pounds down … and then back up. As you can imagine, his teammates went wild.
Below is the clip of Mullens successfully squatting 700 pounds. It actually looks like he might be able to add a little more weight to that bar, too:

Mullens has played in 32 career games for the Badgers over the last 3 seasons, but the 2021 campaign was his most productive, by far. He totaled 23 tackles, 2 sacks and 2 pass break-ups during the season.
As a veteran, Mullens will be one of the leaders on Wisconsin’s defense entering the 2022 campaign. Right now, he’s leading by example in the weight room. And if he’s this intimidating in the weight room, what’s he going to be capable of accomplishing on the field next fall?
