Have a day, Braelon Allen.
The Wisconsin running back had the best performance of the season on Saturday in the Badgers’ home contest against Nebraska. The freshman racked up 228 yards and scored 3 touchdowns in a 35-28 victory over the Huskers.
None were more important than his 53-yard scamper with less than 4 minutes to play in the fourth quarter. That touchdown gave the Badgers a touchdown lead and ended up being the game-winning score.

Allen has now hit the 100-yard mark in 7 straight games, setting a new freshman program record for the Badgers. He’s been a huge reason why they’ve ripped off wins in the last 7 contests and are in position to win the B1G West.
Wisconsin is still in control of its own destiny. With a win over Minnesota, the Badgers are headed back to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
