Chez Mellusi, Wisconsin RB, reveals 2024 plans
Chez Mellusi, the Wisconsin running back, has revealed his plans for the 2024 season.
The back took to social media to announce that he will return to Madison next season. Mellusi declared that he is “not done dreaming in Wisconsin.”
“I’m excited to announce that I will be returning for the 2024 season. I can’t wait for one last go around in Camp Randall with my teammates.”

Mellusi will be a sixth-year player in 2024. The RB was redshirted in 2023 after suffering a season-ending injury.
Mellusi originally committed to the Clemson Tigers and played sparingly for the Tigers in 2019 and 2020. Before the 2021 season, Mellusi transferred to Wisconsin and took on a large role with the team Over 3 seasons with the Badgers, Mellusi has racked up 1,594 yards and 11 touchdowns on 336 carries.
The RB got off to a hot start in 2023 before suffering a season-ending fracture fibula against Purdue in September. Mellusi had 51 carries for 306 yards and 4 TDs in 2023 before the injury.
Per 247Sports, the Badgers have the No. 22 recruiting class for 2024 currently. The Badgers added 4-star RB Dilin Jones on singing day and also return Braelon Allen to the fold at the RB position.
The Badgers are slated to play in the ReliaQuest Bowl against the LSU Tigers on New Year’s Day.
