Former Heisman Winner and ESPN Analyst Robert Griffin III made a post on social media on Friday about the 5 QBs that need to make a Super Bowl run. 1 of the 5 QBs is someone that attended Wisconsin back in the day.
Griffin’s list consisted of a good mix of young talent at QB, and some veterans at the position as well. However, 1 of the QBs on his list has already been to the Super Bowl, and won it. His list consists of Josh Allen, Russell Wilson, Dak Prescott, Ryan Tannehill, and Kyler Murray. Wilson played in Madison for a single season in 2011 after transferring from N.C. State.

Wilson led the Seattle Seahawks to 2 Super Bowl appearances, winning in 2013 against the Denver Broncos. However, Wilson has not been to a Super Bowl since the 2014 season. The Broncos have a lot of good pieces around Wilson, but it’ll be tough to predict who will head to the playoffs out of the AFC West division.
Maybe Wilson’s luck will change this season.
