Ethan Happ continues to reach milestones in a Wisconsin uniform.

During Tuesday night’s game against Michigan State, the star forward scored his 2,000th career point. That total put Happ over 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds for his career, becoming the fourth player in the history of the B1G to achieve that goal.

Fittingly, that accomplishment came in front of a huge home crowd.

Happ has had a tremendous career in Madison, and he’s capping it with a sensational senior season. He’s averaging a double-double on the year with 18.3 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. He also leads the team in those two categories, as well as assists per game with a 4.9 average.

Happ added another double-double to his career total on Tuesday, scoring 20 points and grabbing 12 boards against the Spartans. Wisconsin fell to Michigan State 67-59.

Thanks largely to Happ’s contributions, Wisconsin in 17-8 on the year and ranked No. 20 in the Associated Press poll.
